TERMS AND CONDITIONS Enrollment I wish to enroll with Stanley Home Products as an independent direct selling Customer Representative selling at retail for my own account "Stanley" products which I purchase from you at the applicable wholesale price. I understand that I or Stanley Home Products may cancel my enrollment at any time by sending written notice. Orders and Payment I understand that I may order merchandise from Stanley Home Products at prices and terms shown on the Stanley Home Products Order Form then in effect. At the time I place an order, I agree to pay in full the total order charge with a personal check, certified remittance, or credit card. I understand that any outstanding balances must be paid in full before a new order can be accepted and shipped. Starter Kit I have ordered and paid for the Stanley Start Kit. Customer Representative I understand that I will not be treated as an employee with respect to my services as an independent direct selling Customer Representative for either tax or employee benefit purposes and Stanley Home Products will not be treated as my employer. Good Business Practices As an independent direct selling Customer Representative of Stanley Home Products, I will carefully read and follow the Stanley Home Products policies and Terms and Conditions as set forth in the written materials provided to me. I understand that Stanley Home Products is a member in good standing of the Direct Selling Association and complies with its Code of Ethics, including the inventory buyback provisions.
